ORDINANCE NO. 1221
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON PROHIBITING PARKING
ON WALLA WALLA AVENUE FROM THE EAST SIDE OF BURNETT STREET TO THE
WEST SIDE OF MILL STREET, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION
THEREOF, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Renton
as follows:
Section 1: That the parking of motor vehicles on Walla
Walla Avenue from the East margin of Burnett Street to the West
margin of Mill Street is hereby prohibited.
Section 2: That any person, firm or corporation violating
the provisions hereof shall be punishable, upon conviction thereof,
by a fine in any sum not exceeding $25.00.
Section 3: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect five days from and after its passage, approval and
legal publication as provided by law.
