AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, PROHIBITING
ON SCHOOL DAYS THE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES BETWEEN THE HOURS OF
7 A. M. AND B P. M. ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SECOND AVENUE FROM LOGAN
STREET TO THE WEST CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES AND PARTS- OF -ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
The City Council of the City of Renton, Washington, do ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: On School days there shall be no parking of motor
vehicles on the North side of Second Avenue from Logan Street to
the West City limits of the City.of Renton, Washington, between
the hours of 7 A. M. and S P. M..
SECTION 2: Any person violating any provision of this ordinance
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be
fined in any sum not exceeding $25.00.
SECTION 3: Any ordinance or parts of ordinance in conflict
herewith is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and legal pub-
lication as provided by law.
