in Blocks 4 and 5. Smithers 5th Addition to Renton, King County, Washington.
and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues, all in the City of Renton, by
sidewalks and curbs
under Ordinance No ...... 1214 .... .-_._-_, and levying and asscssing the amounts thereof against the several lots.
tracts, parcels of land and other property as shown on said roll, and establishing a Local Improvement Fund,
and fixing a date for the issuance of bonds.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No ,
for the improvement of
Whitworth St. from 5th Avenue and/or Walla Walla Avenue
to 6th Avenue; 5th Avenuesouth side only from Morris St. to Whitworth
Street; 6th Avenue, north side only from Morris St. to Whitworth St all
in Blocks 4 and 5, Smithers 5th*Addition to Renton, King County,
Washington,
and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues, all in the City of Renton, by
sidewalks and curbs -
under Ordinance No. ___12-14- --- .------- .., as the same now stands, be, and the same is, hereby in all things ap-
proved and confirmed.
Section. 2: That each of the lots, tracts, parcels of land and other property shown upon said roll is
hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the
same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ap-
pearing upon said roll. There is hereby levied and assessed against each such lot, tract, parcel of land and
other property appearing upon such roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
Section 3: That for the purpose of this improvement there is hereby created and established a special,
fund to be called "Local Improvement Fund, District No. .2i1 ------- _______

issue of the bonds required to be issued on account of this improvement,
