AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF-RENTON, WASHINGTON, CHANGING THE
CLASSIFICATION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 5,-WEFANCS ADDITION, AND ALSO BEGINNING
AT INTERSECTION POINT OF EAST LINE OF N.P. RIGHT-OF-WAY AND WEST LINE
F 'OF BURNETT ST. RUNNING THENCE NORTH ALONG SAID WEST LINE OF BURNETT

ST. 823.22 FEET, THENCE WEST 109.5 FEET TO EAST LINE OF NP RIGHT -OF-
r WAY THENCE SOUTH-EAST AND SOUTHEAST ALONG SAID RIGHT -of -WAY TO POINT
OF BEGINNING, FROM RESIDENTIAL TO 0019-AERCIAL USE DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 1164, and the maps adopted in con-
junction therewith, Lot 1, Block 5, Wefancs Addition, and also beginning
at intersection point of East Line of N.P. right-of-way and West line of
Burnett St. running thence North along said West line of Burnett St.
1 823.22 feet, thence nest 109.5 feet to East line of N.P. right-of-way
thence south-east and southeast along said right-of-way to point of be-
ginning, were zoned as residential, and
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section XV, proper petition for
change of zone classification to commercial was filed; the Planning
Commission having concurred in such change and public hearing having
been held and no protests having been filed, now therefore
The`City Council of the City of Renton, Washington, do ordain
as follows
SECTION) : That Lot 1, Block 5,.Wefancs Addition, and also be-
ginning at intersection point of East Line of N.P. right-of-way and West
line of Burnett St. running thence North along said West line of Burnett
St. 823.22 feet, thence West 109.5 feet to East line of N.P. right-of-way
thence south-eaet and southeast along said right-of-way to point of be-
ginning, be classified as Commercial Use and the City Engineer is hereby

directed to change the maps of the zoning ordinance of the City to show
this change.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five

days from and after its legal publication, passage and approval.
