pRDINANCE NO. 1234
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, REGULATING
PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF RENTON, AND PROVIDING
A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND
The City Council of the City of Renton, Washington, do ordain
as follows:
Section 1: That between the hours of 8 A. M., and 6 P. M. on
all days except Sundays and Legal Holidays there shall be no parking
for a longer period than one hour on Fourth Avenue between Main Street
and Burnett Street, on Wells Street between Fourth Avenue and Walla
Walla Ave., and on Williams Street between 4th Avenue & Walla Walla
Avenue.
Section 2: Any person violating any of the provisions of this
Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof
shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $25.00.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five
(5) days from and after its passage, approval and legal publication
as provided by law.
