(Resolution of Intention.)
RESOLUTION N0. 613 __
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement o#
Portions oP the �di$hland Addition to Renton, Plat
No. 1 0� the Renton Co—operative Coal Company� s
Acre Tracts, and �Iorgant s Grand View Addition to
Aenton, lying between the Seattle Pipe Line Right
o� �►ay and the North line of the East � of Tract No.
8, Plat No. 1, Renton Co—operative Coal Company� s
Acre Tracts on the North and the South City Limits
of the Ci�y of Renton on the 3outh, and betWeen the
line half way between Cedar 3t. and Renton Bt. from
�
the NorLh Line oP Tract No. 8 to the South Line of
Tract No. 14, both in said Plat No. 1 Renton Co—
operati�e Coa1 Company= s Acre Traets, and �he Weet
City Limits of the City of Reri�on from ?th to 9th.

City of Renton on the East, by construction of
sanitary lateral sewers.
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there�vith, al] in wecordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Renton at
---------------- o'clock P. M., on the _�._�..#��-------•--- day of ----A�-2'j'-�-------_--------------------- 1934'�----. Which time and place
is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to s�id proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for
determining the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by la�v, submit to the City Council, at or prior to said
date, ali rlsta and information required by law to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be �orne by and assessed against the property liabte
therefor, as provided by law.
