W!-�EREL�.S, Matt Malaspina, who had the contract on Unit �1 ,
Project �45-175-N, Renton Sewers, has completed his contract for
the construetion of a trunk sewer in Renton, Washington for the
City of xenton, tiVashington, and
WF�.- �'�t�AS, the construction under this contract was inspected
and found to be in accordance with the approved plans and speciPications,
the contract documents , and the change orders , as approved by our
engineer and Regional �n�ineer of the Federal 1lorks Agency;
N0�1( T�iEx:�UR�, BE I1 RLS�LVr.'� by the City Counci�. of the Gity
of Renton, that the said construction and eorltract be and hereby
are accepted as oP the date oP February 4, 1943.
PASSID by the City Council this 20th day of June, 1944.
