'NHEREAS on the 25th c��.y of Jany. 1944 the City of Renton
did take over the ti�rork und.er said contract �ursuant to the terms
thereof and proceeded to tne completion of the contract anc� the
same u�as coMpletec� and accepted by the City Council. on the lSth
da;� oP July 1944.

CIT`I OF RENTO:v, a� follows:
Th�_t the time of the c�m�letion oP the contract Por Unit #2,
Wash. 45-175 Id. as perforrned. py B. H. Shelcon and the City of
Renton be extended from Feby. 2, 1942 to Ju_ly 18, 1944, an adc�i-
tional 532, days and that the liquida.ted dama�es Por that period
of time be waived.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this szrantin� of extension of
time was made after care�u]_ consi�?.eration �f sun�ortin� c��ta
presente� by tne contr�..ctor and the City of Renton and the recomr.!enc�a-
tion of the consultin€� engineer of the City.
BE I^ FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of
Renton a^'_r t�e Federal Works A�ency to concur in the �rantin� oP
this extension of time .
