(Resolution of Intention.)
RESOLUTION N0. 628 _..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of
`37.ock 6, Smithers Fifth Addition to the City of Renton
(Insert streets or portions thereof to be improved) by (specifying nature of improvement)
construction of a sanitary sewer
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection tHerewith, a]] in sccordance with plans prepared by
the C�ty Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
� at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Cham�er in the City I-iall in the City of Renton at

3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by la�v, submit to the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all dsta and information required by ]aw to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be boz•ne by and asaessed against the property 2fable
therefor, as provided by law.
