6JHE��tE1'�S a proper petition for v�.cating a portion of a aer�e�3a.street as
hereinafter more particularly described was duly fi].ed with the City Clerk of the CIlY
OF �ENTON on or about August 8, 1966, said petition being signed by the owners of more
than two-thirds of the property abutting upon said portion of the street sought to be
vacated, and
�JHE'�F�FIS the CITY by Reso2ution No. 1392, and after due investigation did fix
and determine the 12th day of September, 196b at the hour of 8;00 P.M, in the Council
Chambers of the CITY OF 3EidT0�V, to be the time and pl�.ce for public hearing thereon,
and directed the Clerk to give notice of said hearing in the manner provided by law;
and such notice having been duly given and all persons having been heard appearing in
favor ef or in opposition theretoy and
WfiEREAS The P].anning �orranission having duly considered said petition and
said vacatio� as hereinafter more particularly described, being found to be in the public
interest and for the public benefit and n� in.jury or damage to any person or propertiss
will result therefrom; NO'�T THEREFORE

SECTION I: The following portion ef street, to-wit:
The South 10 feet of the north 50 feet of the shareland and
bed af the Black River in Section 19, Township 23 North,
Range 5� E.W.M., King County, T�Jashington, for which easement
was granted to the City of Renton by Corrsnissioner�s Order
dated t�ovember 19, 1959, under application iVo. 2�35.
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY V:�CxTED.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, appreval and legal publication as provided by law.
