Walton, City Clerk, x6502 Recommended Action: Council concur Fiscal Impact: Expenditure Required: $ Transfer Amendment: $ Amount Budgeted: $ Revenue Generated: $ Total Project Budget: $ City Share Total Project: $ SUMMARY OF ACTION: On December 5, 1983, the City Council passed Ordinance No. 3758 adopting the Shoreline Master Program (SMP) as a separate, stand-alone document. The superseding Shoreline Master Program ordinance, adopted October 24, 2011, via Ordinance No. 5633 implemented the revised regulations by amending Title IV, Development Regulations, of City Code. Though a 2005 SMP ordinance that never went into effect (Ord. 5136) was repealed in 2011(Ord. 5646), the 1983 ordinance was not repealed. Therefore, as a housekeeping measure to confirm and clarify that the 1983 regulations were superseded by Ordinance No. 5633 as codified in 2011, a repeal of the 1983 ordinance is required. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Adopt an ordinance to repeal the 1983 Shoreline Master Program ordinance 5c. ‐ City Clerk recommends repealing Ordinance No. 3758 regarding the  1983 Shoreline Master Program due to being superseded by Ordinance Page 23 of 82 5c. ‐ City Clerk recommends repealing Ordinance No. 3758 regarding the  1983 Shoreline Master Program due to being superseded by Ordinance Page 24 of 82 5c. ‐ City Clerk recommends repealing Ordinance No. 3758 regarding the  1983 Shoreline Master Program due to being superseded by Ordinance Page 25 of 82 5c. ‐ City Clerk recommends repealing Ordinance No. 3758 regarding the  1983 Shoreline Master Program due to being superseded by Ordinance Page 26 of 82 5c. ‐ City Clerk recommends repealing Ordinance No. 3758 regarding the  1983 Shoreline Master Program due to being superseded by Ordinance Page 27 of 82 CITY OF RENTON COUNCIL AGENDA BILL Subject/Title: CRT-12-003; Court Case New Cingular Wireless PCS LLC, vs. City of Renton, et al Meeting: Regular Council - 07 May 2012 Exhibits: Summons Complaint Order Setting Civil Case Schedule Submitting Data: Dept/Div/Board: City Clerk Staff Contact: Bonnie I.
