Sewer line,

he hereby is authorized and directed to make all neces�sary

iapplications to the United States Army for a permit to cross
Cedar River with a Syphon Sanitary Sewer lin which is necessary
in .the construction of the additions and betterments to the
Sanitary Sewage System of the City of Henton.
