No. 45-175, have been dulg opened, read and comparsd, and it
appears that DrI. D�oschetto is loVr bidder: and
W�E'iEAS, such bid is within the available Punds.
NOW TI�REFORE, be it resolved that the contract �or the
� �onstruction oP said Trunk Sewer in Shattuck Street and Shattuck
Street Northl, easements in certain private lands and in Commercial
. Waterway �2 and intercepting sewers on Fourth Avenua, Morris Street,
Fifth Avenue and Second �venus, be and the same is hereby awarded
to M. Moschetto, for the sum of �ighty-Seven Thousand-Eight Hundred
Seventy-Nine and 72/100-----------------------------��87 �g�g.72)
Dollars , such sum bein� the basic bid on items I-A, 2-A and three
to twenty-two inelusive in the specifications;
BE IT FUFtTHER R;SOLVID that the Mayor and Cit3r Clerk oP said
City o� Renton, be and they are hereby authorized to execute such
construction contract and any other documents , agreements or in- .
struments in conneotion therewith for and on behalf o� said City
oP Renton.
This award is tentative and may be rescinded or cancelled
at any time prior to written notification to the contemplated
awardee that the award is Pinal, and such notification is
authorized upon receipt by the Owner oP appropriate data from the
regional Engineer, Federal !Norlts Agency. �
