RESOLUTION N0. 604 __
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of Renton Street
from T�.ird t'�venue to City of Seattle �edar River Pipe Line
k�s�s�hfbE�$��3��������� bY�$��F���Il�Q�
construction of a sanitary sewer
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in sccordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in t.he City Hall in the City of Renton at
.__.....�.---•---. o'clock P. M., on the ---.�.��.._..�. day of �----••--�--------------------------------- 19�!�_._.... Which time and place
is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to s�id proposed iinprovement, anc► all objections thereto, and for
determining the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by la�v, submit to the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all d�.ta and information required by ]aw to be submitted. ;
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
