�+�REAS The City of Renton, :��lashington, has acquired
- title to the following property:
Zots 8 to 12, Block 3, Lot 15, Block 3; Lots 1 to 7,
Block 3; Lots 11 to 15, Block 4; EaSt one-half of Zot 7, and
all of Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 5; Lots 16 and 17, Block 4;
Renton Real Lstate Company's First xddition -to Renton, King
County, a�ashin�ton; and
�idI�RE�S, (Ben Lindgren and Bertha E. L�',n dgren� his vsife,
%John J. Harries and i3annah Harries� his wife,, �oe I�lonti and
Barbara iuionti� his wife, and ��ean Paul Green� a single man, have
paid all taxes and assessments against said `property.

Barbara I!�onti, his wife, for the consideration of ;�245.80 ���ess-
ments and payment of all taxes in full to the County treasurer.
