�� A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
� W�ISHINGTON, ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF THE UNITED
STATES OF A��RICA
4'lHEREAS, there has been filed with the Federal Vdorks
Agency for and in behalf of the City of Renton, 'ldashington,
(herein called the f'owner", an application Por Federal assist-
,
anee under the �efense Public ��orks progra�, and the United
' States of Ameriea, aeting by and through the Federal �°�orks
Administrator, has transmitted to the Owner of Federal Assist-
ance in con.nection with the pub�ie works referred to in said
application and described in said 0�'fer; and
WHEREAS, said Offer has been duly read in open meeting
and has been fully eonsidered in everyT respect in accordance with
the pertinent rules o�' procedure and legal requirements; and
�,'HEREA.S, said Offer has been made a part of the public
records of the owner; and
V�REAS, it is deemed advisable and in the public
interest that said Offer be accented:
NOj�i THEREFORE, be it Resolved by the Council of the

City of Renton that the said Offer of the United States of
America, a true and correct copy of which is hereto attached,
be and the same hereby is aceepted without reservation or
qualification.
Passed by the Council o� the City of Renton and
approved by its �Zayor on the 2nd day of June 1942.
