A RESOLUTION AIITHORIZING TH.FY�LEASING �OF CERTAIN
;PREMISES TO AERONAUTICAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT LODGE N0. 751;
BE IT RESOZVED BY TFiE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
Seotion l: That a contrac#: oP lease is hereby
authorized between the City of Renton, as Lessor, and
Aeronautical Industrial District Zodge No. 751, as Lessee,
covering the premises 100' a 300' on the Northern Pacific
Railwa�r opposite Boeing's plant to be used as a Union 02'fice.
Section 2: That said aontraat of lease shall be
t'or a term of ten (10) years beginning June lst, 1942 and
shall be substanitallp in the fbrm oP Exhibit "A" hereto
attached.
Section 3: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said Lease.
APproved this 7th day of July 1942.
