Companyts Addition to the City of Renton,
King County, V�ashington.
�'�IHEREAS,( Francis B. Bonnell and Dorthy M. Bonnel7�,
his wife, have paid all taxes and assessments, amounting
to �542.10 against said property.

That the r,iayor and City Clerk be,and they are
hereby authorized to execute a �uit Claim Deed conveying
all interest of the City of Renton, in and�:�o

to Francis B. Iionnell and Dorothy P�T. Bonnell, his wife,
upon payment of �542.10 assessments and all taxes in
full to the County Treasurer.
