WHEREAS, the bids received f or the construction oP
Unit �1, Renton Sewer System, at Renton, Washington have
been duly opened, read and compared, and it appears that
Matt Malaspina is low bidder;.
IdOtiY TH�ER�'OR�, BE IT RESOLVED, that the �ontract for
the constructian of said(Unit �1, �enton Sewer System� be
and the same is hereby �awarded to Matt I�Qalaspi�. , for the
sum of �58,209.04, such sum being the basic bid on items
One to Twenty-One in the specifications;
BE ST FIT�tTF�t RESOLV� , that the I�2ayor and the C ity
Clerk of said City of Renton, be and they are hereby
authorized to execute such construction contract and any
other documents , agreements or instrurnents in connection �I
therevJith for and on behalf of said City of Renton.
This award is tentative and may be resci.nded or can- ���
celled at any time prior to written notif ication to the
contemplated awardee that the award is f inal, and such
notification is �uthorized upon receipt by the Owner o�
appropri�te data from the Regional Engin.eer, Federal V'lorks .
