Sectinn 2: Thafi said assurance is canditioned as fol-

r (1) That the existing mains can reasonably handle sueh
sewage.
� (2) That the State Board of Health a�aprove the conneet-
' ing of said pra�ects to the existing sewer lines.
(3) Upon the payment to the City of a reasona'ble service
eharge far each dwellin� unit so served and further .
provided that 75� per dwelling un3.t sha11 be con-
sidered a reasanable payment for service to the war
apartment type of hous3.ng.
