RESOLUTION N0. 548 __
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TFiE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement oY

and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therev✓ith, al] in 4ccordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons �vho may desire to object thereto are hereby �iotified to appear and present such objections
� at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in the City Haii in the City of Renton at

is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to sFid proposed improvement, and a11 objections thereto, and for

3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by ]a�v, submit ta the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all �l�ta and information required by ]aw to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
