WHERE6S the City of 8enton has heretofore foreclosed
I,ocal Improvement dssessments against Lot Four (4) of Block Fifteen
�15) of Renton Farm Plat No. 4, King County, Washington and acquired
title to said property in the foreclosure suit.
i WHEREAS Kin� County ac9uired title to said lot under a
general tax foreclosure sale and has negotiated with Jamea �rYattind�►
for the sale of said lot and the said Jr�mes �ixittinda has made an
offer to the City of Renton for the City's interest in said lot
N06� therefore
BE IT RESOI,YED by the City Council of the City of 8enton
that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they hereby are authorized �
to execute a quit claim deed conveying the city's interest in Lot
Four (4) of Block Fifteen (15) of Renton Farm Plat DTo. 4, Ping County,
4'�ashington to James i�attinda upon receipt of Forty and no�100 (�40.00)
