RESOLUTION N0. 519 __
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement oP l�hitworth Street
I between Fifth Anenue and Sixth Avenue
(Irrsert�aireets-�-perb�s{i�ee�eof�te�eintp�c��ed) by (eiseei€yis+p}:-xektrree�i��) the construction
of water main
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in uccordance with plans prepared by
the Crty Engineer. -
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections '
� at a meeting of the City Council to be heid in the Council Cfiamber in the City Hall in the City of ftenton at II

4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property liable I
therefor, as provided by law.
