the City Council of the City of Renton adopted Resolution No.
494 accepting the offer of the United States to the City o�'
Renton to aid by way of grant in the eztension of Walla P�alla
Avenue (commonly known as Third Svenue Extension) and,
V�REAS it has developed that the City of Renton is �,
unable to proc.eed with said project, Now Therefore,
� BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Renton that �solution Ido. 494,; accepting the of'fer cf the

is hereby instructed to return to the State Director of the Fed- '
eral r�mergency 9drainistration of public 'hiorks the oopies of the
offer and accepting pap ers which were heretofore receiv ed by the
City of Renton.
