Renton has no further use for said property, Now Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVID by the City Council of the City of Renton that
the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they hereby are ��authorized to
execute a 6�uit Claim Deed, to the unused por�ions of lots five (5) ,
six (6) , seven (7j and eight (8j of Block siz (6) , Plat of the �Mount

Olivet Cemetery' in Kin� County, State of ti�ashington to T. J. Pritchard
the present owner of said Cemetery.
