Street Sta. 236+'14.8 kno�vn as Project No. VPP�S 244-B and will recommend . i
its approval by the Secretary of Agriculture acting through the Bureau
of Public Roads, for the construction with funds appropriated to the
State from the Emergency Relief Appropriation Act of 1935, and ��
�"lHE�AS, it is n�ecessary thst the City of Renton guarar�ee to i
acquire all right-of-way neceasary for said project lying within the I
corporate limits of the City of Ren�.on, 3cow therefore
BE IT RESOLVID, by the Ms.yor and Co�uncil of the City of Renton� �
• , Washington that for and in consideration of the Department of Highways I
of the State of '��ashin�ton and the Department of Agriculture of the Il,i
United States of America, acting through the Bureau oi Pu.blic Roads,
cAnstzucting said improvement, ths City of Renton will acquire all right-
of-way necessary for said improvement which lies within the corporate
limite of the City of Renton. I
