Y7�REAS, the City of Renton is the owner of the following des-
cribed property situated in Renton, King County, Washington and whereas
an offer has been made to the City for the purchase of said property and
the City Property Committee, after due consideration, has recommended
that said offer be accepted and the property sold.
NOW THEREFORF, In consideration of the premises,
