to the City of Renton in the arnount af 45 percent of the cost af
the Project upon com�letian, as determined by the Federal Emexgency
Administxator of Public Works, but ziat to exceed, in any event, the
sum` of �2,340.

Section 2. That said City of Renton agrees to abide by all '
rulea and regulations relating to such. gxant a copy of which rules '
and regulations were annexed to the Government� s offer and made a ',
part thereof. '
Section 3. � That the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized
and directed forth��ith to send to the Federal Emergency Administration
of Public �dorks three certified copies of this Resolution and three ,
certified copies of the ;oroceedings of this Council meeting in connect—
ion with tne adoption of this Resolution, and such further doracuments
or proofs in connection witn the acceptance of said offer as may be
requested by the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Morks.
Section 4. It is hereby covenanted that �ork on the project
�
described in tne Offer will be co�rlrnenced as early as possible but in
no event later than Decerilber 1, 1936; tlzat the work will be planned
so that it will reach a substantial peak before P�arch 15, 1937; and
that the project will be co�npleted by November 15, 1937.
