REVENUE BONDS OF T�iE CITY OF RENTON, ISSUED UNDER ORDINt�NCE
N0. 884 OF S�:ID CITY �D NOW OUTST�il�IDING. �
��'t�iERE�1S, there are now outsta.nd.ing water ���enue bonds
of the City of Renton issued pursuant to Ordina�e No, 884 of
said city, pass.ed and appro�ed February 4, 193Q in the principal
sum of Ninety thousand five hundred dollars (�9�,500. ) with
interes� payable se�ni-annually on the first days of June and I
December of each year, whic,h said bonds are d.ated June l, 193Q; ��
and,
� ��REAS, said bonds by their exp,�ess te�ns provide that
they may be ealled for paymen.t on ar�y interest date on a.nd after
Juns 1, 1935; and, ,
TWH�S, refun3ing revenua bonds �i� said city ma.y now be '
issued anci so13 bearing a lower interest rate thara the bonds now I
outsta.n.ding, and it is to the interest of sai�i City of Renton to '
aall and redeem such outstand.ing �cater revenue bonds a.nd issue
refunding bonds �.t a reduced interest rate: � '
NO�V THER.EFC�tE, BE IT RESOI,VED BY THE COUNCIZ OF TIiE CITY
OF RENTON;
That the Ci�y of Renton does hereby exercise its option
ar�d does hereby call for �ayment on June 1, 1935, all of the
outsta.nding bonds of the City of Renton water revenue bonds �
dated June 1, 1930, issued pursua.nt to Ord.ina.nee Noo 884 0� saici I�,
aity, interest upon said bonds eeasing as of date June 1, 1935. II
The city authorities are hereby directed. to c�.u.se notice
of this call to be ,�ublished in the offic ial newspaper of sa�.ct
aity on April 25, and May 2, 1935, a.nc� to mail notice of such

aall to such owners of sa�d water revenue bonds now outstanding
as may have their address on file in the office of ihe Cit,y
Tre asurer.
