to make use of certain property of the Company for such purpose,

and directed to e�ecute on behalf of the City�, �nd the City Clerk
be and she is hereby authorized and directed to attest and deliver,

In consideration of One Dollar, receipt ac�.owled�ed,
Puget Sound Power & Light Company, ov,mer, �r�nts ?�err�.ission
to the City of Renton, Licensee, subjeet to the conditions
hereinafter set forth, to use the following described land,

That certain tract containing 1.08 acres
in Section 20, TownshiF 23 North, Range 5
East, ���. T�I. , in King County, ti�ashington, and
the twenty foot roadway leading to said
� tract of lar_d from the intersectior_ of ��iain
Street in Renton tivith the Benson Road, all
as outlined on the blueprint attached hereto,
for. the purpose of mair_tainin� a sanitary fill on said
tract.
By acceptance of this permission, the Licensee agrees:
(a) To use due caution not to plu�, obstruct, destroy
or damage the present drainage system of said land or the
pipes or culverts in the vicinity thereof.
(b) To keep the premiees in a s�nitary condition,
and at the e�iration of the �eri.od of tY��s �rant, or the
sooner terriinat�on'�the�eof.;: to' leatre .the�preraises in a con-
dition which will be satisfactory to the Owner.
�c) To be responsible fo r all dama�es, e�ther to
person or property, which may be suffered by any person
includin� the Owner, the Licensee or an� third person
or corporation resultin� from the Zicensee's use of said
premises or any part thereof, and to save the Owner, its
suecessors and assigns, harmless therefrom.
All rights hereby granted to the Lice�isee shall
� cease and dtermine at the expiration of ten (10) years
from date hereof.
