�tESOLUTION N0. 537 __
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON: •
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of that portion Of �I
Pelly St. from Fourth Avenue North to Sixth Avenue North and
, that portion of Fifth Avenue North from the alley between
Wells Street North and I�iain Street North to Park Street an.d
�tain St. North from Fifth Avenue North to Sixth Avenue North
as��c��s��c�e��a�e�c�a� I
by �rading and oiling the same
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in sccordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
' 2. That all persons �vho may desire to object ther.eto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
I � at a meeting of the City Council to be heid in the Council Chamber ,in the City Hall in the City of Renton at

is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to s�id proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for
determining the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engincer shall, in the manner provided by la�v, subinit to the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all d.:�ta and information required by law to be suhmitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and asaessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
