�ESOLUTION N0. 52� --
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council ta order the improvement of Factory Straet from
Bronson W�r to South side of �lley, Block 13, Car j�iorks �ddition to Renton;
the South side of Brooka Avenue from Factory Street to a point 120 feet East
thereof; the North side of Fourth avenue PTorth from Factory Street to a point
120 feet East thereof; the

the oonstruction of concrete sidewalks
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there�vith, all in sccordance with plans prepared by
the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections
I at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council ChamUer in the City Hall in the City of Renton at

is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to ssid proposed improvement, anci all objections thereto, and for

3. That the City Engineer shali, in the manner provided by la�v, submit ta the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all dwta and information required by law to.be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
