I (Resolution of Intention.)
RESOLUTION N0. '�22 --
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Ox' RENTON:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the improvement of F'actory Stree� from
Bronson �Y'ay North to alley in Block �hirteen (13) , Car Works �ddition; Brooks
Avenue; Second gvenue North� from 14Reado�a to Factory St. Fourth Avenue North;
from Factory St. to a point 160 feet east thereof.

construction of concrete sidewalka
and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there�vith, all in 4ccordance with plans prepared by
the City Enoineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections

� at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber in t.he City Hail in the City of Renton at
____.__.�.i�� o'ciock P. M., on the .._.___�'*�--_� day of .____________________gprll___._._.___.______ 193___.�_.__.. Which time and place
is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to s�id proposed improvement, and all objections thereto, and for
determining the method of payment for said improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall, in the manner provided by la�v, submit ta the City Council, at or prior to said
date, all dwta and information required by ]aw to be submitted.
i 4. That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property liable
therefor, as provided by law.
