Renton at the city limits on the east bank of Black �i.ver, and
cro�s Block Tv�o (2} of Victoria A. Kellyts Addition tn Rentan , ' '
and cnnnect �vith Tobin A4enue at the intersectian of Toh-in Avenue
with I�ake �treet ; and -
WHERE�S, �he County Qf King , by Don Evans , W. S. Brinton, -and �
Earley , its Board of County Gommi�sioners, deems it expedient
that said road be extended through the City of t�enton a� proposed;
and -
��HEREAS, the Ci ty Caun ci Z of the Ci ty of Ren tan finds that
the prcperty abuttin� upon the roa�. as propoeed v�ould rot be able I
to bear the expense cf the imprc�ement, as groposed; and
�RE�.S, the County of King, by D�n �vans , Vit. B. Srinton,
and ,Earley , its Baard of County Commissioners, has agreed
tha it wi.Zl cons truct tlze approach and put in the nece�sary fill
betv,reen the present city limits .;at a point kno�m as Engineer�s .-
Station Na. 3 � 77 on the west maxgin af Lake Street, if the City i
of P►enton �lill cause the c-ity limits to be reduced t� exclude the i
property lying west of the r�e�t margin of said Lake Street� to-wit :

City af Renton, that the Gity Courncil of the City of Renton
shall immediately upon the passage of a r.esalution by the Gounty
