BE IT �RDAINE� BY THE CITY CQiTNCIL 0�' THE CITY 4F RENTOAI:
1. That it is the intention af the �ity Ceuncil to order
tY:�e improvement of all of the property abutting on rVilliams
St;reetibetween Second Avenue and First Avenue Noxth, (First Ave-

nur North} between �'�ells a,nd ;4iliiams Street North from Fixst L�ve-

nu.e �orth to Sixth Avenue North by�paving and curbing� and doing
su.ch other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all
in accordance with plans prepared by the city en�ineer. � ,
2. `�hat a11 persons who rnay desire to object are hereby
notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of
the City Cauncil to �e Yreld in the council cha,mber in �he city
Hall in the City of Renton at 8 o� clock P. ld. , on the 16th day of
August , ].929, which time and place is hereby fixed for hearing
all matters relating to said improvement, and al1 objections thexe-
to, and for determining the rnetnod of payment for s�.id impro�ement.
3. That the city en�ineer shall, in the manner provided by l�.�v,
submit to the City Council, at cr prior tc s�id date, aIl data anc�
inforrnation required by 1aw to be submit-ted,
4. Tha.t the cost and expense of said irraprovement shall be burne
