has made it e�tremel� dangeroUs , and its continued use will make
it more dangerous, to the traveling pLblic, hy reason of the ex-
cessive weight of logging trucks together with their loads contin-
�:ally breaking the floor on sai d tres�le and bridge and making
the prQbability of aceidant thereon extremely likely, sud
, i�1H� � the experience o� the last �ear demonstrates tha�
logging tr�eks ha�ling loads over the same continkally break thru
the same, freqtiently sQ late in the evening that thi� condition �
of th� �loor o$ said trestle and bridge often remains over night
witho�t the city having knowledge thereof, rendering the prababi-
lity of destrmetion of property �d hazzard ta human life very
great, and
?'�HTR��'AS the logging tri:cks no�r and l�eretofore using the
same have been Ut�erly indifferent to the protection of said tres-
tle and br�dge and �o the life or prope�ty o� the traveling p�olic
and have constantly and persistentl�r overloaded their trt;cks in
violation of the ordinances and laws of the state , rendering it
n�cessary for the Gity of Renton tQ �lose said trestle and 'cridge
to all �.o gg�ing trU cks,t
