0�' ORD?NANCF.� IN CONFLICT WITFi THE PROVISION� H����dITFi�. '
�AS, on October 13, 1942, the Council of the City of Renton,
VJashington, passed Ordinance #1168, fixing the license Pee of pin-
ball machines and similar games of skill, and
YVfIE�2E1�.S, the Cit� Council of the City of Renton, deems it
nece�sary to amend Section 3 of said Ordinance in order to raise
� the license fee.
Now Therefore, the City Cour�cil of the City of�enton do ordain
ss follows:
Section 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance �1168, of tne City of
Renton, Washington, passed and approved on October 13, 1942, be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
That on and after February 1, 1944, the license fee to be
eharged hereun.der shall be and is �20.00 per month, and the licegse
shall be issued Por one month at a time. �uch license period shall
begin on the f irst day of each and every month and end on the last
day of such month. No lieense shall be issued for a fractional
month, and any one applying Por a license for the remainder of any
month shall pay therefore the 2'ull amount reoyuired Por the monthly
license.
Section 2; This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five days from and aPter its passa�e, approval and legal publication
as provided by law.
