Section. 2: That eaeh of the lots, tracts. parcels of land and othez° propert�- sho«�n npon said roll is
hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said improv2ment in at least the amount charged against the
�ame and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments ap-
pearing upon said ro1L There is liereby levied and assessed against each such lot, tract, parcel of land and
