Section 2: That the cost �nd expense of said improvement, including all necessary and irzcidental ex-
penses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district hereinafter
created in acc�rdance witn law. The City of Renton siYall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the
cost and ex�ense o� said im,prover�lent, e�c2pt as herein provided.
