proaed and confirmed.
Section. 2: That e<ich of the� lots, tracts, parcels of land ancl other prol�ert�� sliown upon said roll is
hereby declared to be specially benefitted by said iinprovement in at least the ainount charged against the
same and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments aP-
pearing upon said roli. There is hereby levied and assessed against each such lot, tract, parcel of ]and and
other property appearing upon such roll the amount finally cl�arged against the same thereon.
