An ordinance repealin� Ordinance �1172 e�titled, r'�n
ordinance providing for the improvement of West side of �tenton
Avenue from the North Line of Traet �2, West of Plat �l, i�enton
Co-operative Coal Oompanyfs Acre Tracts , thence South to Seattle
Pipe Line Right of Way, by construction of a 6" Sanitary SevYer all
in accordance with Resolution No. 598 of the City Council of the City
of Renton, creating a local improvement district therefor, and provid-
ing that paqment for said improvement be made by special assess�ents
upon property in said distriet payable by the mode of nPaym.ent by Bondsff.
Whereas , after careful investigation the City Council of the City
of Renton have determined that t�e �anner of improvin� the above pro-
perty by the oonstruction of a sanitary sewer can best be done by the
eonstruction of such se��:er at a different point than as �reviously
decided upon.
Now therefore , tne City Council o� the Gity of Renton does
ordain as folloti+rs :
SECTION I: T�.at ordi�.ance �1172, entitled tt An Orainance pro-
viding for the improvement of iNest side of �enton Avenue from the !
North line of Tract #2, West of' Plat �1, Renton Co-operative Coal '
Co:apany's xcrz Tracts , thence South to �eattle Pipe Line night o�' �Jay, '�
by construetion of a 6n �anitary S�e�ver sll in accordance with hesolution
�598 oP the City Council of the City of Renton, creating a local im.-
provement district therefor, and providing that payment for said un-
provement be made by special assessments upon pro�erty in. said district
payable by the mode of' r'Payment by Bonds�', be and the same hereby is
repealed.
