s�nitary sewer and that such other �r�ork be done as may be necessar�
in conneetion therewith, accordin� to the plans and specifications
t��erefor prepared under the direction of the City �ngineer and on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
aection 2: That tne cost and exnense of said improvem�nt
includin� all necessary and incidental expenses, shall be borne by
and assessed against the bro�erty includ�d in the assessment district
hereinaf'ter created in accordance with law. The Cit�. of Renton
shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the costand
expense of said improvement, except as herein provided.
�ection 3: That there is hereby established a local i.mprozre-
� �ent di.strict to be called "Local Improvement District T�o. 209, "

Section 4: Bonds bearing interest at tl� rate of six per
cent, per annum payable on or before seven years from the date of

��vithin said district, r�ayable in five e7ua1 annual installmmnts
v.rith interest at the rate of six per cent per annum under the mode
of "Payment by Bonds," as defined by law and the charter and
ordinances of the City of Penton. ihese bonds shall be delivered to
the contractor in redemption of warrants on the Local Improvement
��striet Fund issued on estimates of the Cit�r Engineer, or the City
of' �enton r���, at its election, sell �a id bonds �r_d r�ake such reder�iption
in cash.
