to create the office of Deputy Regi�trar oP Voters and City Purch�s- ',
:ing �gent provide for the appointment oP said off icers , f ix
their compensation and provide for the payment of said compensation.
NOW TI-�EFOR�, The City Council of t�.e City of Rentou do
ordain as f ol�otivs:
Section 1: The.re shall be and hereby is created the offices
of Deputy Registrar of Voters and City Furchasin� :�rent
said offices to bE f illed by appointment by the A�ayor.
Section 2: That the compensation Yor the off ices of Deputy
Registrar oY Voters and C it�.� �'ureha_s ing ��;ent , shall be and the
sam� hereby is, for the period from August 1, 1943 to December 31, �
1943, fixed in the sum oP �50.00 per month each. The comp�nsation I
for such offices after December 31, 1943, shall b� Pixad at the
time of adopting the budge� Por succeeding years.
Section 3: The compensation of said officers from August 1,
1943 to December 31, 1943 shall be paid out of the State Aid Fund
and th�reaPter from such funds as the Council may determin�.
Section 4: This :Ordi:h�i�z�e shall be in full force and effect
five days after its passage , approval and legal publication accord-
ing to law.
