SUPPLIES AND EQUIPBdEEN2' FOR NNNICIP�iL PURPOSES
The Citg Council of the City of Renton do ordain �s follow�:
Section 1: That there be and hereby is established a
CumulatiQe Reserve Fund pursuant the provisions of Section 9213-5
Remington's ReQised �tatutes, to be knowu as "Cumul�tive Reserve
Fund for Acquiring M�terials, �upppiies and �quipment for
Municip�l purposes".
Saetion 2: The monies in said fund may be allowed to
accumul�ta from year to year until the City Council of the City
of Renton shall determine to exp end the monies in said fund for I
thE purpose specified.
Section 3: Th�t any monies in said Yund shall never be eg-
pended Yor anq other purpose than that specified without an
approving vote by � ms�ority of the electors oP the City of Renton
votin on a
at a genersl or speciaal election�proposal submitted to the electors
to allow other specif ied uses to be made of said fund.
Section 4: This Ordinanee shall be in full force and effect
five days aPter its passage, approval and publication as required
by law.
