AN ORDINANCE oF TriE CTTY OF x�NTON, WASHII�GTON, CItEATING
AND ESTABLISHING A CUMUI,ATIVE RES�-;VE FUND FOR THE ACQiTISITIUN,
CONS�1�tUC`I'lUN, l�I,'1'ENA'1'lUN, AND�OR R�I�TR UF PUBI,IC BUILDII�TGS,
S'I'kUC'1'tTF3r,S, AND V,dU1tKS, INCLUDING CUNSULT�I�T`i', �NGINEgtTNG, AND
ARCHITECTIIRAI, CUS`PS AI+ID THE ACQUISI'rIUN UF LAI�ID, SIY'.r;S, A1VD/0&
RI�i'1'S-OF-WAY.
The City eounoil ot' the City of Renton do ordain as follaws:
Se�tion 1: That there be and herebp is establi$hed a
Cumulative Reserve Fund pursuant the provisions ot Section 9213-5
Remington�s xevised Statutes , to be known es "Cumulative $eser�rs
Fund For the Aoquisition, Construetion, Alteration, And/Or Repair
Of Public Buildings, Structuree , And Works , Including Consultant.
Engineering, And Arahitectural Costs and the Acquisition Of I,and
Sites � and/or Kights-UY-Way".
Section 2: The monies in said Pund may be allowe8 to
accumulete from year to year until the City Counoil of the City oi'
Renton shall determine to expend the monies in said �und for the
purpose specified.
Section 3: That any monies in said fund shall never be ez-
pended for any other purpose than that speaified without an
approving vote by a ma�ority of the electors of the City of Benton
at a general or special election voting on a proposal submitted to �
the electors to sllow other apecif ied uses to be made of said tund.
Section 4: �t�his Urdinance ghall be in full foree and ef2'eot
Pive days after its passege, approval and publication as required
by law.
