P.r'I. is hereby fixed as the date, of hearing on the assessment roll
for the following &Kxxx:ktKt Local Improvement District.s ,viz;
1"o.68 ,for the improvement of Blocks 8-9 in the original plat of
the Town of Renton by constructing a lateral sexer ,under Ordinance
No .256.
Section 2; That the City Clerk be ,and he is hereby directed
to publish in the official newspaper of the City of Renton ,notices
thereof as required by law and the Ordinances of the City of Rentor

A resolution of the City Council of ,the City of Renton.Wash-
ington,authorizing and empowering Paul W,Houser to act as the actor
rey of record for said City in the Morgan Drive ,alley in Block 10

and alley in Block 19 condemnation ,appropriation and improvement

suits heretofore- instituted in the Superior Court of the State of
E4ashington for King County, and to prosecute said suits to their
3 final determination without charge to said City for Attorney fees
by such Attorney,and repealing Resolution Ilo .177-A,of said City.
BE IT PESOLVED RY '1'HI, CITY COUNCIL OF TI1F CITY OF RENTON,WASH-
INGTON;
Section 1; That Paul W.Houser be and he is hereby empowered
to act as the attorney of record for the City of Fen tnn,Washington
in the condemnation,appropriation and improvement suits heretofore

instituted in the Superior Court of the State of `u` ashington , Lo-wit;
the Morgan Drive ,Alley in R1ock,Ten ,and Alley in Block Nineteen
suits , and to prosecute the said suits to their final determination.
Section 2; That as such Attorney in the prosecution of
said suits to their final determination said Houser shall receive
no compensation whatever as Attorney' sfees from said City.
Section 3; That resolution No.177-A of said City is hereby
expressly repealed.
