2: That all persons �rho inay desii�e to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such
objections at a meeting of the City Coimcil to be held in the Couneil Chamber in the City Hall in the CitS�

z�-hich time and place is hereby fixecl for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvenlent, and all

to said date, all data and inforination required by la�v to be submitted.
4: That the cost and expense of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the propert,y
liable therefor, as provided by law.
