AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF R�TTON, V�ASHIt1GTON, ATITHORIZTNG
THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN REAL ESTAT� NEEDED AS A t�IGHT OF ti�1AY
FOR THE EXTENSION OF SECOND L'iVENUE tiJEST TO THE CITY LTI412TS
AND DTRECTING PAYMENT THERt�FOR:
THE City �oUncil of the City of Renton do ordain as

SECTION T: That there shall be issued o �er-�:
.���of Seattle, 4�lashing�on, a city v�arrant in the amount
of Four Hundred and Fifty, (�450.00) Dollars in payment for
a deed to the City of Renton, V�ashiMgton, of real �state re-
�uired in the extension of Second Avenue 4Vest to the �7est
boundary of the City of Renton, said real estate being describ-
ed as follo�s:
A stri.p of land (18) eighteen feet in width in the
� south�vest 4 of the �ortheast 4 and the northwest
� of the southeast 4 of Section 18, Tv�p. "�3 North,

Beginning at the intersection of fihe north
margin of the City of Seattle Pipe Line Right of
4Vay and the meander line of the east bank of
Black River, said meander line being the city
