THE LIBRARY FUND I�ND REGULATING 'THE A,XPII�IDITU�.E OF �ONI�S
THEREFROI►�:
The City Council of the City of Renton do ordain
as follov�;s:
SECTIQN I: That there is hereby cr�a.ted a
special fund ir the City of Renton to be ��.o�rn as and
designated as the Library Fund.
SECTION SI: All monies le�vied by the City
of Renton for �ibrary ;�urposes sha11 be deposited in the
Library Fund and shall be �I.thdra�an therEfrom for library
pur�oses only, on v�varrants drswn on said Library Fund
' by the City Clerk and countersigned by the IVlayor.
Tris Orainance shal3 be in fu11 force and
effect five days fron and after its pa�sage, approval
and legal publication. .
