AN1� A,SS�,SSI��I3T ROLL OF LOCAL IR:�ROiT�u1ENT DISTRICT N0. 194, for
the impro�em�ent of Renton A4enue, in the City of Renton by
eonstruction oY five foot concrete� side�valks and curbs and �-,
gutters under Ordinance No. 1092 and levying and ass.es�ing
the amour�ts thereof against the several lots, tracts, parcelg
o� land and other property as shown on said roll, and establish-
ing a Loeal Imp�ovement Fund and fixing a date fb r the issuanee �
of bonds.

Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of
Local Improvement District No. 194 for the improvement of that
portion of Renton ��ree� bounded on the north by the northerly
boundary of Third Avenue and on the south by the southerly
boundary of Seventh Avenue by the construction of fiee-foot
concrete sidewalks and curbs and gutters on both sides thereof
and doing such other v,rork as may be necessary in. connection
therewith, under Ordinance No. 1092 as the same now stands, be,
and the same is, herebg in all th.ings approved and con�irmed. ,
Section 2: That eaeh of the lots, traets, pareels of
land and other property shown upon said roll is hereby declared
to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the
amount charged against the same and that the assessment appear-
ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessmen�s
appearing upon sai.d roll. There is hereby levied and assessed
against each such lot, tract, parcel o� land and other property
appearing upon such roll the amount finally charged against the
same thereon.
Seetion 3: That Por the purpose of this improvement there
is hereby created and established a special Pund to be called,
"Local Improvement r'und, District No. 194.
Section 4: That the 7th day of �� 1941 is herebp

fixed as the date of issue of the bonds required to be issued
on account of this improvement.
Section 5: This Ordinance shall be in full fbrce and
efPect fi�re (5) days from and after its passage, approval
and legal publ3:cation.
